Fat ork
Following the orkish rule that the biggest you are the more dakka you can bring with you, my basic idea was to make a fat ork. I browsed a lot of bits and finally stumbled upon the river troll bodies. I haven't found any conversion of orks with this bit so I wasn't sure about the size comparison, but I guessed that it was fairly the size of an ogre body. So I purchased an ork head and ogre legs and arms. Unfortunately they resulted to be far too small with respect to the troll body so the only choice was to... sculpt them! This is the result.
