Smaug the Great Dragon

One of the first ever (if not the first) lead miniature dragon renditions of Smaug from the 1970's Der Kriegspielers/ Fantastiques LOTR line. While this guy was billed as 28/32mm scale, he is about 10 inches tall. Thus emphasizing how big the sculptors imagined Smaug to be in comparison to men (or in this case Dwarves). He was much easier to paint than to assemble, as the casted pieces were not a good fit.
