Well, you need to develop a steadier hand around the face. The eye dots are placed well, they just look a titch sloppy. Also, your clearcoat is a little thick. Perhaps a little darklining between the hair and the skin would make the distinction a little more clear. Good work on the metallics, and your skills seem to be pretty good overall. Keep it up.
Cool mini! The armor looks good, as does the shield. The eyes look a little funny. Check out some of the tutorials here on the site about painting eyes, that may help out. Good job.
It's nice clean work, but two things that I can see that wouuld improve your work would be to get those eyes outlined and better definition of color boundaries. Welcome back to the hobby!
