Very realsitic wethering and pretty conversion; I am not so sure about the vehicle as a whole though - the extreme amount of rust and grime makes this look like a wreck that´s been underwater or inside a swamp for decades rather then an active fighting vehicle;even in the 41st millennium it seem unlikely troops would allow their AFVs to derade in such a way. Thats not a critique of your style, rather my personal Impression.
