Better than what I remember having done for my own first few minis. If you want advice in regards to improving I'd say try to put in another highlight and further shading. Then try yet another. Even if you only concentrate on the face/helmet which is the main focal point. It's hard to see from the point of view the pics were taken if you've already done so but drilling the barrels out on all guns is a small fix to improve looks. Even on metallics adding extra layers of highlights etc. will help.
