GW Lava Dragon in not typical colors

Hi yours... i have paint this GW "Lava Dragon" for one of my customers. He will use it as Highelve Dragon...so i use his armee colors (blue, grey and turquoise) for the dragon. At the base i use some Hirst Art Stones and the "death darkleve" from Tyrion. Tyrion will be the raider of the dragon - he is not ready at this time :-) I think the figure looks also great without him - or not? Hope the dragon looks not to bad for an highelve dragon... This is my favourite of the smaller dragons that Citadel ever produced and realy want to get hold of another one. It is nice to see it done differently the colours you have used works very well and the base is great, I like the Dark Elf victim. This dragon rocks.

Very nice. I like the muted tones. He doesn't really say High elf to me but I guess greys and that shade of turquoise is a depature from the usual high elf colours. The base is very good. The claws and beak could use a bit more shading and highlighting. compared to the rest of it, these bits look unfinished.
