It looks very fuzzy (not in terms of bad picture quality, but it literally looks like he's covered in a thin layer of short hair...), and that's not a good look for this type of figure. Try painting in a less humid environment--humidity can account for the effect your are getting.
The paint looks to thick, mostly drybrusheed, and it seems the shadows were applied with too many ink washes. The mini looks dirty, but not in a realistic way. The banner and the base are nicely done.
