lord of the rings Uruk-Hai 300pt army
This is my winning entry from the 300pt LOTR army in Toronto. The concept for this army is at the start of the 4rth age of man the once mighty Uruk-Hai have been defeated. The remaining Uruk's have banded together into small groups through out Middle Earth. This squad or Uruks is lead by a Shaman and have taken refuge in the snowy wasteland in the Misty Mountains. The reason I have added several conversions to their weapons and shields I thought that because they are constantly hunted by men and they are now forced to scavenge for weapons and supplies. Given the background of this 300pt army they would make addition to any new skirmish scenario. They are a mix of Uruks from the fellowship sets, Uruk-Hai siege troops, Uruk-Hai from the two towers set, 2 bezerkers, 3 Mordor Urks, There is one Urks with a banner, I have included Lurtz figure in this group to be used as a captain and a Uruk_Hai shaman as their leader.
