The red looks really good. If you apply the decals over a gloss varnish you won't have as much trouble with "silvering" around the edges that's caused by air trapped under the decal. Also if you use a setter and softener it will suck the decal down and make it look painted on. Lastly apply a matt varnish over the whole lot if you want it matt. Base is simple but nice and doesn't detract from the miniature.
