Colors work together but to tie a piece together you might just glaze the whole mini as a final step of one common color( being red is a compliment to green it's sometimes hard to find the right color of reds to greens in a match. Eg a muted green cannot be with a primary red. But a muted red with a muted green are compliments in a great way visually. So 1) you can use a brown, green , red etc glaze over the entire mini this way they all share that common tint or when you paint the model again if you do use a common color to mix with each base color and this will transition over as well when you highlight or shade. Eg soothing like I used genes stone. Or a beige color. I keep the color I use warm because the figure is predominantly red. Just a tip in reference to what kitty kat said. But after all I wrote IMO the mini is very well painted IMO !

I really like the brownish reds and the veining on the main part of the body, but the green doesn't work for me with those colours. It's too bright imho. try mixing in some washes of the reds and browns, that might help to tie the piece together.
