This is a solid table top unit. Everything is painted, its painted clean, and its based. As you probably know already the next step is to start highlighting and shading. Nice job on this unit.
Dont know if the other unit i commented was better, but with this photo the lack of highlights and shading shows, especially on the axe heads, i would try working on shading these
