I love the skin tone and the way you painted the grey clothes. The base looks a bit weird (not enough sand?) but I'm happy to see a *based* Rackham model instead of the usual sadistic black =)
Another little thing: Maybe you should take a better photo, the face looks a bit blurry (but well painted).
