This loosk a very difficult sculpt to paint, although I feel you have done a tremendous job creating that pattern for the hide, some really nice colour blending and the patterns look great... I think the head lets it down a little though, not really much fault of your painting though, it seems that part of the figure is horribly sculpted and would take some serious work to get it looking decent. Possibly a bit more contrast would help out a little.
Anyways great job, and don’t be discouraged by the scoring at this stage, I think it’s a little low considering the work you have put into this, well done.
