I am still relatively new to painting minis, so this is the first attempt I have made at fluttering capes! I tried for a two-tone shade and highlights. Feedback is always welcomed!
Try not to dry brush capes, they always wind up 'eh' imo. Try painting the base coat your desired color then wash with a darker color. Use a 1:4 paint to water ratio if you don't have washes. When dry use a lighter dase coat color to highlight the raised parts then finally an even lighter color to do the crisp edges. And practice, practice, practice. Hope to see more work and best of luck
