Pros:
They are painted! much more better than just playing with bare plastic or primed plastic!
On some places paint has went smooth and has a nice and consistent look.
Advice:
Keep painting! Have a search at youtube and for example check the warhammer channel of age of sigmar, you'll find tutorials on how to paint this chaps for sure.
Try a couple of things on your next batch, for example, apply a wash over the golden parts.
Don't be scared by the votings here, keep on happy painting and the votings will get higher for sure.
Also, you can put a background behind your miniatures, as others do with the gallery pictures, that way voters wont get distracted by a keyboard at the back... ;) It can be a blank paper, a piece of cardboard, a printed sheet of paper... whatever.
You might also want to keep an eye on the cleaning the miniatures before painting, removing mold lines, filling gaps, etc...
