These are classic Nurgle Champions made by Jess Goodwin for the 1989 publicastion "Realm of Chaos: The Lost and the Damned". Awesome model, a pleasure to paint. And yes, the p*enis is Nurgle´s original sigil.
I love these models. There is something about this era of citadel models which reminds me of the Labyrinth with David Bowie. The longer I look at the painting the more impressed I am. Nice work
