I see you've tried fairly hard, what you may need to do is have more "control" in your brush. I can't actually tell whether you've highlighted the clothing or if it's a light effect from camera flash or whatever, It'd be best if the photo quality was better so I could see it more clearly, I have the photo problem myself, & it lets me down.
