well... it's not bad, still i can give u some advices: first of all, get rid of that joint between horse's neck and body: u can use greenstuff or even a little of PVA glue before painting.
Then, go on with highlights: your paintstyle is very clean, now u just need to bring it on!
Obviously, still to be based... that's very important imho!
