Eisenhorn

Another one of my Inquisitors. This time Eisenhorn. I did the base up with a shattered stone Inquisitorial seal that Eisenhorn is stepping over, more symbolism. I painted another mosaic on the base. I love the way his face turned out, he looks really pissed and about to deliver the coup de' gras on a fallen enemy with the sword.

I had been reading the Eisenhorn books by Dan Abnett. He portrays the Inquisition as being fractional and being torn appart by the forces of Chaos. I thought the shatted =][= seal would be symbolic of that. Eisenhorh also is a purist and doesn't entangle himself unless he has to in Inquisitional politics, which is why he is stepping over the fractured seal.

I am wondering what the symolbism is of his stepping over the broken seal... A very ncie mini, I like the transfer around the base with his name on and the white, which is very hard to do! Everythign is nice though, with some good freehand underside of the cloak. :D
