Grimaldus, chaplain of the Black Templars. Used a Primaris Chaplain model and custom sculped the crosses for the crozius head, along with the candles on the backpack. Kitbashed many pieces together (plasma pistol, pistol scope, Space Marine Commander backpack, Blood Angels chaplain crozius head, etc) and used citadel skulls for the base
