Are you sure this isn't a drawing? The paint looks almost exactly like Prismacolor Scholar pencil crayon on 75lb. paper. Same apparent texture. :)
I'd rate higher if it didn't appear to be trying to hide the face. Also, while the tinting is good, the shading is a smidgen too abrupt. It doesn't so much fade into darker colours as hack a line to them. Compare the leading arm's sleeve.. tan tan tan BROWN tan BROWN ... to the leading leg, where it eases from what looks like Enchanted Blue almost to Ice blue for the light-sourcing.
