This is my table top quality vet sergent, thta i use to play 40K with. The banner markings indicate that he belongs to the 4th squad, the blood drop, in the black circle also indicatethe same things :-)
the picture is a bit overexposed, which washes out some of your work. the banner doesn't make any sense to me, just like its a mix of decals. but this model has some nice details done on it.
