I love this range of minis and you have done a very neat job so far. Good color selection and an army painted to this std would look stunning. As to advice. The base is good but they come from the steepes so maybe a big rock with snow would set the mood better. The high lights and shading need to go further. I would also do a border on the jacket bottom and sleeves to break up the single color. The wood needs some more highlights. If your up to it paint some wood grain in bone. Nice job all the same.
You have a very clean and neat painting style. The one thing I am noticing is that your highlights are very close to the base color. There is not much contrast in the high points and low points. The face of the miniature also looks odd, like it is a bad sculpt. I would have used more blending to lessen the hard angles of the face. It is still a very nicely painted figure.
well. u want advices. I think he looks cool, but maybe ld look better with more contrasts especially the shirt. I also think the skin and eyes need more work. But it is a cool mini, and deserves imho 6.5 .
