First off, thanks for the comments! As far as the claws go, the left foot actually has a sort of claw strap-on thing. If you would see it from the side you would see a leather strap holding it in place. That's why it's a different color.
This is excellent, I would give you criticism but I can't think of any way to improve this work. The only thing I would prefer is if it were a Reaper or Games Workshop mini :) Just kidding.
