I habe done some more work on this but not alot, I have added squid like suckers and made the SM look more like he is being picked up. I think I will do the idea with the, thanx.
Cool conversion. As far as ideas from me, you might want to put barbs or spines on the tentacles. Unless you're going for the worm/slug look, in which case you could put octopus type suckers on them for looks and mobility. Personally, I would also replace the head with something incredibly ugly and misshapen. Maybe half monster half mech. Go crazy-
