As a whole this is a nice warband; however I agree the colors are a bit too brght (might be the flash), I thinks some less exotic base color would have helped to drwas the eye onto the actual models.
Individually, these are really nicely done from the design / color scheme to the execution. Somehow, for me they still don't come together as a unit visually and I'm not sure why. Maybe there are too many strong colors competing for attention (gren, black, yellow, red, and the purple bases) and a reduced color palette would help?
