Hallmark Tinkerbell Conversion
This was probably one of the toughest conversions I have done, not only because I haven't done many, but also because the plastic she was made out of was hard and very difficult to work with. I had to cut off a wire hook in her head (meant for hanging her), her bun, and the pom-poms on her shoes. I didn't really manage to make the feet look as smooth as I would have liked because the plastic didn't respond well to files (rather, it didn't at all!). I resculpted hair for her using gray stuff. I thought about adding boots but decided to leave her bare-footed, since she was a fairly expensive ornament (and hard to find!) and I didn't want to have to buy another one if I fudged it too badly. She's supposed to look vaguely like a fairy from the graphic novel KORE. She's an NPC for a campaign and the GM was using one of those fairy things from arcana unearthed, but those things are UGLY! So I made him a new one. She was painted in November for the CCIV, too.
