FYI this is "I'm Walter, Try Me" (or just Walter) and He was the servo-droid to Judge Dredd. During the first Robot War was seized by humans and threatened with destruction. He was so frightened that his programming developed a glitch in the form of a lisp, changing his dominant 'R' sounds to a 'W'. Henceforth he was WALTER THE WOBOT.
