Thousand Sons Helbrute

Torso, Head and legs are from old metal chaos dreadnought and juggernaut. Pharoah head dress, loin cloth, shoulders, and claws are scratch built. Forearms are from a transformers action figure. Painted table top quality as I'm not that much better than that yet.

Thanks for the comment smile23. I do like the purple idea, as all the sorcerers in this warband are all purple. But it is also the way they stand out from the 1000 son marines and demonic machines (which are the same blue). I totally agree about the base; I will make a larger one and put more effort into it. Love it! You have really captured the Egyptian feel of the Thousand Sons and I wish I could buy this mini from GW. I only gave it a 9/10 as I feel a more purple colour scheme would have suited it better (but that's just me. It's a bit too much like the Space Wolves' -- their mortal enemy's -- colour). I also feel a it would be worth a bit more work on the base would be in order. Great overall, though.
