LEDs from Evan Design https://www.modeltrainsoftware.com/ Nameplate from Versatile Terrain https://www.versatileterrain.co.uk/ Inspiration from https://brokenpaintbrush.com/ This was a fun conversion, I wasn't sure about the LEDs but I ended up really liking them (especially the side light fiber optic), and the nameplate was printed absolutely flawlessly, very happy with it.
