After 14 years not even picking up a paint brush or paint, I have a figure to show. My 15 year old nephew stayed for christmas and wanted to learn how to paint, so I broke out a miniature to show some basic techniques. The paints and brushes survived two house moves, about 10 years in the loft and complete neglect with only a minor loss of life (vallejo game colour yellows dont seem to like it). My skills are obviously very rusty, and the brushes rather fuzzy, but it started coming back to me!
