Needs a wash or lined bad! Something to bring out the lines and shade. Other wise it's a good clean job.

Nice! As previous painter stated you could put a bit more shading on the miniature. If you want a winter camo job I suggest you give it what tank-modellers call a white-wash. Basically, vehicles deployed in winter (and desert as well) receives a coat of special paint which comes of very easily. Typically, those vehicles exhibit a lot of scratching revealling the underlying paint job. Could look really cool on a mech mini.

White is a very hard color to paint. I would work on your shading a bit from a blue grey to a bright white. All in all a very nice table top paint job.
