Bretonnian King - Louen Leoncoeur Mounted on Hippogryph

It has taken me such a long time to complete this miniature as I have probably rebuilt aspects of it a dozen times over, in trying to get the exact look I was after. I've tried to be true to the original Games Workshop background, artwork and minis of yesteryear, while applying a more modern minis feel to them. This miniature is based on the Bretonnian King Louen Leoncoeur mounted on his faithful hippogryph - Beaquis. ****I really look forward to any comments, criticisms, thoughts on further improvements and feedback. ****Perhaps you may have some suggestions on the next miniatures I could complete to load up in the future...would love to get your feedback, and I always return in kind. .

Thanks Kumaccio - I will take this on board and sculpt a more appropriate tail, based on the feedback supplied - thanks for taking the time to vote and comment!

Amazing work, I agree with the previous comment, tail is way too tiny. I love the rest even though photos are kinda bad and I can't understand proportions correctly. Cast this and sell it to me dude

Thanks for your feedback - it is interesting as I had worked through multiple head options and in the end decided I wanted open visor, helmetless or something a little more understated than the original large ornamental headgear on the helmets from GW. The tail I hadn't considered - I think you might have something there though. Thanks for voting and taking the time to comment.
