Warp Beast Master - conversion

This is my first posted picture on CMON, so please leave me lots of constructive criticism. I converted this Beast Master (or Mistress) from the GW Warhammer Fantasy War Hydra Beastmaster by simply adding an extra splinter and tubing. She is the herder for my Warp Beasts in my 40K Dark Eldar army. I am most certainly not the best painter ever, so any comments you leave will me greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking!!

Thank you all for your wonderful comments! I have some work to do in a couple of areas, like lighting the pic better, and bringing out the subtle highlights more. A better lightsource probably would have shown some more detail I think. The blue-ish material of weapon didn't come out exactly as planned, but it turned out alright for a first attempt. Thank you all again!!

Definately a visually appealing miniature. I agree that the blending on the green is superb. The picture seems a little dark though, especially where the weapon is concerned, so it's hard to see what exactly is going on there. A little more shading on the hair (maybe a gray or blue wash) would help, I think. ;) Nice job overall.

Very clean, smooth painting. Excellent work on the face. The blending on the weapon is interesting, but I'm not sure what it's supposed to be made of. The blending on the clothes is superb. I think you could have picked out the studs on her armor plates too. A nice figure!
