It´s a transformation with a horse of Rackham and the head and cloack of the Zakarias. The bass not see good in the pic, have a sand with a drybrush of 3-4 greens to represent a swamp

could be 8, but the basing is definitely too bad. you should redo the base, even very simple with sand and drybrush. now your fig seems unfinished.
