The goal here was to create a diffirent version of a sorcerer, than the one described in the codex- a Maggotmancer, who is more connected to the living, little fellas that Papa Nurgle loves so much. Therefore the base is made to resemble Wrighting World (daemon world in the Screaming Vortex).
