The base is fantastic, and the paintjob is really clean and neat. What you can still improve is to put more contrast in to vary highlights and shades on the large color areas of the armor, the skin, the weapon and the skull. It might partly be an affect of the photo, but one thing I had to learn is to force myself to make the shades much darker and harder, and the highlights much ligher and crisper, than my initial intuition was. You can go very close to black shares on the skin, for example, and to very close to white on highlights for the edges of the armor pieces. It will look a bit weird if you look at the mini sitting in your hand a few inches from your eyes, but make the mini much more readable from a distance.
