Keep up the good work. I can see improvement across your pieces as you progress. Your painted eyes are getting better, your brush control is getting better and your neatness is improving greatly. Next is to make an effort to practice highlighting by forcing yourself to make your highlights brighter. Don't be tempted to go the route of washes and drybrushing! You are developing a good eye for miniature painting. One last thought, even though you are painting Bones, it is worth putting them on gaming bases and giving the bases a simple finish (black rim, a little bit of texture). You will feel much more satisfied with the result and people will look closer because the mini looks "finished". Many people won't even notice your work on the flames eyes and hair because the mini looks like a rush effort due to the lack of base.
