I agree with barkel that you really must remove flash lines before painting it.. but the fact that it's weird, different and extremely pink makes me give this +2 higher score :D
Most goblins wear dark colors, but I do understand that about 10% have a different, more flamboyant sense of style. The pink is great and the green is pretty good too. I don't understand why you didn't paint the ball and chain. ??? Also, it makes the model look so much better when you take the time to get rid of mold lines. You obviously paint very well, just a little more time in the pre-paint preperations is needed.
