Very clean and consistent paintjob. The unit comes out as that - a unit in uniform, but with individual details. The eye is drawn to the commander's face, which is the most detailed thing in the whole unit - that is exactly how it should be.
And I really like the color scheme - the grey uniforms and dark armour plates look functional, simple and appropriate for Astra Militarum, and the white eagles, yellow markings and red details provide some splashes of color which still give a functional overall appearance.
