Mira with mettalics

Well, I'm playing with mettalics again. This time, a blue and green combo. I use a mix between Vallejo, GW and Reaper's paints; a few thin washes, and highlight all the way to milthril for those near pure white highlights. I tried zooming in on a few spots so you can see the spots of mithril. And here again, trying to prove that mettalics can look good. I like how her sword came out through the layers of silver. It looks good with light hitting it, and still looks good when light isn't directly on it (like the side shot proves). A major reason why mettalics can look good over NMM. Again, I tried a simple litte design on her skirt. But I think I over saturated the shot and it's hard to make out the white designs over the light blue skirt. It's more visible in person of course. Hope you enjoy.

I really like this! The metallics look great, love the different colourations. The subtle designs on the skirt are very neat. Overall just great.

A great example of well-rendered metallics - they shade and highlight themselves as you rotate the mini. I really love the work you've done on the sword !! BRAVO !
