Not sure if it's the photo, but the face of the archer seems a bit blocky. I would expect a highlight on the cheek under the eye but I'm seeing shadow.
Also, the banner design is getting lost in the photo...could just be the angle of the image.
I really like the blending on the cloaks and banner. The armour "feathers" and scale are also nicely handled.
I also really like the bases.

Thanks for the comment! I agree, the banner is a bit bright, but I based it on the box example to stick as close to the movie as possible (though the dark green part was originially baby blue in the GW version, but i felt it didn't look right with my colors).
Yeah, my camera isn't so good so the face details don't come out well. I'm not sure what you mean that the chainmail is unreadable though...
