I painted these to use as Chaos Thugs somewhere between the 3rd and 4th Editions of Warhammer ...about 1993 I think. I don't remember the manufacturer but I believe it was something like "Generic Armies". I was horrified when I got the 4th edition Chaos army book only to discover that thugs and marauders had been completely removed from the list!

Great work on the skin and the skull helms. I was going to post a couple of these myself, but now I'm not so sure - these will make mine look bad! By the way, these were made by Heartbreaker. They were called Dark Barbarians.
