This isn't so bad for a first go... Your blacklining is a bit thick. Overall there seems to be a lack of shades...you've got the mid-tone and highlight, just no shading... His eye looks like it was transplanted from a snake, eyes are tough, but try make the iris a bit larger/rounder. Keep going!
