This is a retro/vintage Mad Dok (Painboy) I have painted a long time ago for my Ork (Orc) Warhammer 40k army. It is heavily customized: it has custom, scratchbuilt gun (syringe) together with a medical backpack-container. The monocle is hand-sculpted. Put on a custom base.
