The painting is good TT quality. As has been said above, less gloss and more highlighting would be nice. Keep practicing!
Well, the colours are there, but I think you really need to focus on the shading and highlighting aspect of these figures. Because they're clothing is ruffled like that it becomes more obvious when this isn't doneas strikingly. Apart from that, I'd look for something a bit more exciting on the bases, I suggest using a brown then a green, probably something from woodland scenics.
Keep it up bud, you're turning out more completed pieces than me lately!
They might get a higher score if they weren't gloss varnished - it looks odd on fabric etc. For gaming you can gloss coat them followed by a flat coat to make them look better but still be protected from greasy fingers/abrasion.
