the main idea was to make a sakura. Then, when the tree was well advanced, I decided to add a figure. I found an ashigaru in a box that I finished to dress the base. so yes, the focus is not on the figure. The focus is on the base.
I'm a bit torn on this. I absolutely love the base, but the figure itself disappears totally, the focus in not on the figure.
As if the base is the figure and the figure is the background.
But that tree and base is simply super.
