SKARR BLOODWRATH, Champion of Khorne

SKARR BLOODWRATH, Champion of Khorne Skarr Bloodwrath's, of the Skaramor Tribe in the Chaos Wastes, drew the eye of his god when he took the head of his own chieftan, Dak'thar. Dak'thar was famed for standing twice the height of a normal man, and carrying the strength of ten. Having been gifted with the facial features of a Bloodthirster, Dak'thar was well on his way to ascending into daemonhood when the Skarr set upon and sliced the gifted head from his shoulders. From here his reputation, and legend, grew. It was Skarr that cut down the Ungolor of the Tahmaks, took the twin skulls of the Greatspawn Wythlych and hurling its defeated body from the top of the Bloodfire Falls, and defeated the Great Daemon T'shy'thniss beneath the Infinite Arch. Skarr's true legend grows from his first re-birth. After defeating the nine-hundred and ninety-nine followers of Vydas the Liar, the Sorcerer used his Tzeentchian magic to create an illusion. As Skarr attacked the illusion Vydas struck from behind with his great crystal blade, slicing Bloodwrath in two. Khorne was so displeased with the cowardly act, that he drew the blood of the nine hundred and ninety-nine to create a new body for Skarr, one scarred with the battles of all he had slain. As his mortal body burned, Skarr rose from the ashes and flung his chained weapon towards Vydas, pulling the craven sorcerer into his embrace and tearing his throat out with his bare teeth. Pushing the corpse away, he used his axe to lop the head from Vydas. Such disdain did he have for the sorcerer, that he impaled the skull, downwards, on a cruel spike.  It is said that Skarr has been re-birthed in this way many times since that fateful day, as he leads the Skullreapers to the ever battle. But now, at the beckoning of Khorne, Bloodwrath and his Skaramor tribe march south, toward Brotheim.
