Flesh eaters Ghoul King
Strigoi-King of Chandar. I'd being creating this conversion about half of a year. I changed his pose, gave him more thorns (3D-printable spikes) and hair (sculpted of clay). Simple skull trophy was transformed into "screaming skull" with eyes, lower jaw, torn meat and few vertebras - it's decapitated but still living remnants of someone who was too silly to mess with ghoul king and became no more than "a magic battery". The king also has amulet of shark tooth - cause his stronghold is still towering on rocks at coast. To decorate the base of Strigoi-King I used vertebras of carp and quail.
