I think it's a good first boss.
Some of your paint looks thick, some looks thinned enough. Thinner paint works better on everything (and helps brushes)
Slow down to paint bosses.
One thing you'll need to concentrate on is lighter and smoother paint applications (the model's right leg is an example, as it's blotchy).
